Kubuntu - Not The Only Good KDE Distro!
Don't believe that kubuntu is the only good KDE distro out there! There are many very popular KDE distros in the world that treat KDE as a first class citizen. The Evolution of an Ubuntu EeePC
It’s officially been a week since I purchased an Asus EeePC. I’ve been reading a lot about them since they were released last year and now that I’ve got it setup and tweaked to my liking I’m very pleased with my purchase. Over the last week of usage, my EeePC has morphed and evolved quite a bit.

So this is a first look at 0.2, and it wouldn’t be complete without the obligatory screen shot. So here you go…

New winetricks: msxml6, riched30
Dan Kegal sent this to the Wine-Devel mailing list today.
Johan Dahlin sent in a patch to add msxml6, and said "It's enough to make msi2xml.exe to at least start-up (before failing in msi later)."
Tom Wickline some time ago sent in a suggestion for
adding riched30. I didn't know any apps it helped, but apparantly Novell thinks it helps Groupwise a bit.

Asus Eee PC Can Run CloudBook gOS
Yes, we know that the Everex CloudBook subnotebook has been delayed from arriving at the shelves of Walmart, but that doesn't mean that you can't get in on the hot gOS experience right now.
