I didn't have any complaints about the way Debian Etch performed on my new/old Power Macintosh G4/466. I declare Shenanigans! Dell is at it again with their Inspiron Mini. When Dell first launched open source PCs on their desktops, they did the same thing. Why do they even offer Ubuntu if it costs more? Why would someone pay more for Dell to install Ubuntu? Are they deliberately trying to spurn the adoption of Linux?

I’m probably the last person on Earth that does this… But I want to publish my installation of Ubuntu Herdy Heron.

Let's face it, the default theme on current Ubuntu releases is more aimed at the (boring) business folks: no transparency, no effects, no shiny icons and cool wallpapers.
