Firefox is a good browser because it has proven less vulnerable than Internet Explorer. Also, keeping your security settings high is helpful. Regular running of AVG antivirus, Ad-Aware and Ad-watch are helpful, too. The best protection from viruses and Spyware is using the noggin. Think before you click.
