1) "developers working _with_ open-source software" is a very loose term. Even MS devs work _with_ open-source software.
2) Which 6 percent? It's not so important *how many* out of the millions of foss projects switch but *which* foss projects switch. If only the major and active projects switch that would probably be amount to less than %6 of all foss projects.
3) 94+% of all foss projects would be considered minor at best.
4) 94+% of all foss devs would be considered legally inept.
5) Most major devs don't choose licenses anyway... their company's lawyers do.
6) Devs who have time to do surveys are probably not the sort of devs we should care about.
