Xfce is light ... but Fvwm is lighter
Now that I've pretty much got my Xfce 4.4 desktop where I want it in OpenBSD, I've been spending more and more time not in Xfce but in the Fvwm2 window manager that's the default for this OS.

The future of PowerDevil (and of power management)

ReactOS works! Sort of …
On a whim, I installed the latest pre-release release of ReactOS today. I tried it a long time ago and had no luck whatsoever — black screens, nonbooting or just generalized irregular behavior — and so I rarely give it a thought.

Adobe Releases 64-bit version of Air - Linux Only!
That’s right Linux only, if you want it for 64-bit Windows you will have to wait a while. According to Adobe’s Matt Rozen ”We have seen much stronger interest from the Linux community for a 64-bit version of Adobe Air, so that has been the focus of our efforts.”
