I attended ProFOSS yesterday, an Event in Brussels. It was very interesting for the most part, but I saw to common mistakes. People tend to intermix concepts, in this case Free and Open Source software used as synonyms. They are not and confusing the two clouds any thought you have on the license usage behind them.
