I’ve always been a PIM junkie. A PIM is a Personal Information Manager, and what has interested me are systems that help you organise information, not those little calendar and contacts programs that are often called “PIMs”.

Kontact came back with KDE 4.1 (it didn't make it on time for KDE 4.0). I can't truly comment on how much it improve, since I didn't use Kontact in KDE 3.5.x, however, what I can say is I'm completely amazed by it. It works well, it has a overall good interface (with some, from my point of view, little mistakes here and there).
