Evil is, as evil does
Just because M$ hasn't committed any headline grabbing acts of pure malice against Free Software in the last 24 hours is no reason to break out the champagne and invite Ballmer home to meet mother - he'll still set his lawyers onto her.
Ballmer's a Harvard trained bean counter who firmly believes in his old school maxim; "Greed is good".
And that's evil enough to have brought an entire planet to financial collapse.
