Emphasise Freedom
These specific actions by Microsoft are also practised by other software proprietors - they attract people by providing the program gratis at the expense of infringing user rights. Obtaining any gratis computer program is not worth it if the users' rights are infringed. We who have rejected subjugation for freedom understand that this but far too many people do not and so, are seduced into relinquishing their freedoms for convenience. We need to emphasise freedom and not just refer to the technical or convenient or gratis (easily obtainable) aspects of free systems.
