This article is bunk. It starts with the fact that there was a ruling and trails off with patent FUD. The conclusion is unsupported by the facts. The title is not supported by the facts. M$ has nowhere to go but down and Linux is growing rapidly. Support by OEMs announced this year suggests a very bright future ahead for Linux and probably, an end to monopoly on the desktop.
