I'll be happy to violate their patent claims.
I believe it's a matter of free speech.
They can go ahead and file patents like Amazon's 1-click purchase patent.
If that frivolous patent were actually accepted, I'd be happy to build a program that does the same thing and let them sue me.
It's just dumb and people will realize it in the long run.
Software patents are for chumps. Copyright is for software, patents are for machines.
