The school is deploying the GNU/Linux operating system, aiming to have free software across the board by 2010, and the complete switch to Linux has been approved by the MoE, says the school’s principal, Nathan Parker.

In these perilous financial times you'd think the NZ government would be making every effort to save money. Sadly, they are too firmly employed serving the interests of M$, RIAA, ACTA, and the like, to ever worry about working in their long-suffering taxpayer's interests.
