Hmmm. I can't imagine his leadership and diplomacy skills being up to much, but you know, I suppose he could be a" charismatic leader"... somewhat like... Hitler. I mean, they both like(d) to yell a lot during speeches...

Hitler really was charismatic. He did yell, but he endeared the audience nonetheless. I don't think Ballmer could have the same effect. More importantly, this would be an opportunity for Ballmer to impose his views on copyright and software patents on the rest of the world. That is something we have to try to prevent.
