Is it still true that psybnc includes
Is it still true that psybnc includes code under apache license that is incompatible with GPL making it illegal to redistribute psybnc binaries? It was reported in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2004/06/msg00300.html
and I still haven't seen psybnc in any free software distro.

Seems to me that psyBNC is under
Seems to me that psyBNC is under the GPL. On this page http://www.psybnc.at/help.html at the bottom, it makes a reference to the GPL. I haven't actually used this program yet so I'm uncertain if psyBNC is truely licensed under the GPL.
