Thanks to the Mandriva Xfce volunteer development team, a community Xfce One edition of Mandriva Linux 2009 is now available for download from all official Mandriva mirrors. A list of download locations can be found on the Wiki page. This release gives you all the benefits of Mandriva Linux 2009 along with a fast and stable Xfce desktop.
On the 19th November 2009, the mandriva community has released the One XFCE 2010 Live edition to the world. We tried to ensure the XFCE experience is even better than before, do not hesitate to contact us if you think more polish is needed.
An Xfce version of Mandriva Linux 2008 Spring One is now available. Just like the KDE and GNOME versions of One, this is an installable live CD edition of Mandriva Linux 2008 Spring, but this time featuring Xfce as the desktop environment. As with the other One versions, three images are available, with different sets of languages on each.
The first pre-release of Mandriva Linux 2009 Spring is now available. This alpha concentrates on updating to the major desktop components of the distribution, including KDE 4.2 Beta 2, GNOME 2.25.2, Xfce 4.6 Beta 2, X.org server 1.5, and kernel 2.6.28 rc8. It is also the first distribution to introduce the major new Tcl/Tk release, 8.6.
