Firefox, Chrome, and other browsers do an acceptable job of downloading a single file of reasonable size. But I don't like to trust a browser to grab ISO images and other files that are hundreds of megabytes, or larger.

no GNU love
This article is about a GNU tool, on the GNU+Linux operating system yet absolutely no credit is given to the GNU project. Sufficient credit (e.g. more than zero) can be given by (just once!) calling it GNU Wget. After all, that's the name that the program calls itself!
