The Kubuntu team is proud to announce the release of 10.10, the latest version of our popular Linux distribution. Kubuntu is one of the Ubuntu distributions and is based on KDE Software.

Right on schedule, the newest iteration of the popular KDE distribution "Kubuntu" has reached version 9.10 and was unleashed into the wild last week. When I checked out the previous version (9.04) I found it to be the worst Kubuntu release since the distribution's inception.
