Zdnet, of course!
Jason Perlow wants us to be "ethical" towards one of the most unethical organisations on the face of the planet: Microsoft!!
"Open source" can be nice to M$, so why can't Free Software do the same?
Why can't we get rid of Richard Stallman and the troublesome FSF and all be happy little Open Sourcers, together?
Why can't we love Miguel de Icaza the way Jason loves him?
You are wrong, Jason Perlow.
We are the Free Software Community; not "Open Source". We are, also, GNU/Linux. Richard Stallman, who you slander, developed much of GNU/Linux: that which you are now trying to call "Open Source", and much more, besides.
Richard Stallman also developed the splendid system of ethics and the unique concept of Copyleft legal protection that has successfully sheltered the vulnerable Community for two full decades.
That's "ethics", Jason, that's honour; not the scraggy bunch you spend so much time defending; who started pinching software and bandwidth while they were still at school and built these dodgy practices into a billion dollar software rip-off.
Tell M$ to stop attacking us on a daily basis!
Tell Benedict Miguel to find something more useful to do, besides trying to sneak M$-IP into the very heart of GNU/Linux under an assumed name.
Tell them that, Jason, and if they listen, then we can all live in peace, and you might even get called a hero.
