It's almost like they don't want technically savvy people to answer!
That and the fact they don't have "licensing" option as an answer to their question "What would be the main reason for you to select a Linux-based system over a Microsoft-based one?". This is exactly what happens when you promote open source instead of free software.
They sure need all the help they can get.
