Edward Cahn, SCO's appointed Chapter 11 Trustee, now making decisions for SCO, has filed an opposition to SUSE's request to lift the bankruptcy stay so the arbitration can go forward.

Lots of bankruptcy filings, including a reply by SUSE in support of its motion for relief from the automatic stay and Chapter 11 Trustee Edward Cahn has filed an Objection to Al Petrofsky's motion to compel him to comply with reporting requirements. And Ocean Park Advisors has filed an Amended Exhibit A. But that isn't the big news.

SCO, "by and through the Chapter 11 Trustee in Bankruptcy, Edward N. Cahn", has filed its opposition to Novell's Motion to Set Aside Judgment. This is the motion that will be argued on February 4. SCO argues that if Novell wanted to argue this, they should have appealed it, and that's a strong argument...

This document in in response to SCO Chapter 11 Trustee Edward Cahn's Objection to SUSE's motion, and they do not hold back.

SCO Chapter 11 Trustee Edward Cahn has now reported to the bankruptcy court that he's closed on the loan from Ralph Yarro and his friends, and now Cahn wants to pay most of the bills in the bankruptcy from SCO's numerous professionals. And he wants to sell the Java patent, since SCO's never used it and has no use for it going forward.
