In addition to your

In addition to your list:

Sauerbraten and Cube have non-free content.

Planetshift have non-free content.

Warsow have non-free content.

Glest have non-free content.

I know these because I check their licenses over months of running and doing research for my libregamewiki wiki.

Please note that I wrote

Please note that I wrote about software. The code behind these games are free. I consider the rights to the non programming media (the sort that comes with the computer game) to be of less importance compared to having the rights to the code. Having restricted rights to share and improve the media does not prevent us from controlling our computers. Having restricted rights to share and improve programming code does hinder us from controlling our computers.

Well I made this list

Well I made this list because I believe that the current intellectual monopoly is economically and morally unjust. (I got a large amount of economic evidence to support my position that intellectual monopoly are unjust except GPL and copyleft of course.)

Whether it is media, code, or inventions, I oppose monopoly.

To destroy the right to copy, is to destroy the innovative process and competition.

To ENFORCE MONOPOLY is to destroy the RIGHT TO INNOVATE.

To DESTROY FREEDOM is to destroy the RIGHT TO CREATE.

And RIGHT TO CREATE is/should be our fundamental human right.

That is why I made this list. To oppose obstruction to our right to create.
