If you want to convert .img to .iso file you need to use ccd2iso.This converts CD backup files created using the non-free CloneCD program to a format understood by most Free Software CD writing programs.

CONSEGI 2008 Declaration -- Open Letter to ISO Reveals More OOXML Issues
There is an unexpected reaction from major government IT agencies in six countries condemning the ISO/IEC refusal to act on the four appeals against OOXML, which they say "reflects poorly" on ISO/IEC. ISO Won’t Throw OOXML Out. Time to Throw ISO Out?

As we finally know for a fact that ISO is insensitive to abuse [1, 2] and that it tells huge developing countries which complain to just sod off, it’s becoming an urgent matter. Thanks to Groklaw's Steve Martin, we have Brazil's appeal against the approval of OOXML as an ISO standard, as text. It begins on page 11 of the ISO document [PDF] Groklaw published Wednesday, the recommendation memo to the TMB to toss the four appeals in the garbage. The memo lists Alan Bryden, Secretary-General and CEO, ISO, and Aharon Amit, General Secretary and CEO, IEC, as the authors.
