Stuff That Works With Linux #4

http://reddevil62-techhead.blogspot.com

Given that the majority of my digital files include nothing more than MP3s and family photographs, I'm fairly relaxed about how I secure the digital data I carry around with me. But if you're used to carrying sensitive material, whether personal or professional, then I have just the device for you - the iStorage DiskGenie.

How to Install and Run Slackware 13

http://maketecheasier.com

Slackware is one of the few distros still in existence from Linux’s early days, right along with Debian, SuSE, and Red Hat. Because of this decision to keep things as UNIX-like as possible, Slackware has a reputation for being somewhat difficult to install and confusing to use.

Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 Alpha 2: First impressions on 'difficult' hardware

http://insidesocal.com

My feelings for Ubuntu have run hot and cold since I first discovered the "Linux for human beings"-nicknamed reimagination of Debian during the Dapper (6.06) era.
