Fluxbox seems like an afterthought in most distros. You can add it, sure, but it doesn't look or function that great without some work. On one of my Debian installs, Fluxbox is excellent, on the other not so much. Slackware has a nice Fluxbox setup as well.

iplist is a list based packet handler which uses the netfilter netlink-queue library (kernel 2.6.14 or later). It filters by IP-address and is optimized for thousands of IP-address ranges.
Like Peerguardian for Windows and Moblock for Linux, ipList loads blocklists and blocks spies and adware sites from your system.
