Install GNOME/XFCE/KDE3 Desktop environment from KDE4 or vice versa
If you have installed openSUSE with the default selections of choosing one of the available (say KDE4) then only the selected Desktop environment is installed. However, should you later choose to install and use another desktop Environment say (GNOME) then this can easily be installed and as always just a few clicks away.

ArchView is a Firefox extension that allows you to open archive (ZIP and RAR) and ISO CD-ROM image files on the Web over HTTP or FTP without downloading them first. That means that if you only want a few files from an ISO image, you no longer have to download the entire archive in order to get just those files.

Going wild with KDE 4.1 themes.
Now KDE 4.1 is out, I've played around a bit with different themes. I've installed the KDE artwork package, and a couple of themes via GetHotNewStuff. KDE's coloring system has seen quite a lot of love, as has Plasma's theming engine. The results are quite impressive, as you can see in the screenshots.
