Nokia brings DRM-free music download service to China
Nokia's Comes With Music includes a year of access to music with the price of the phone. Currently, the service is available in about 30 countries, but in those countries the music, unlike in China, is copy-protected. Nokia isn't commenting on whether that will change in the future, according to a spokesman.

Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.5 Trails RHEL 5.5
Oracle is now out with Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.5 (OEL)- a week after its base, Red Hat's Enterprise Linux 5.5 (RHEL) was released. That's pretty quick and in my view, one of the quickest turnarounds yet from Oracle with their version of RHEL. Oracle has been releasing its own version of Linux with OEL, based on RHEL since 2006 and they've been updating OEL as Red Hat updates RHEL.

Enterprise cloud put to the test
In this first-of-its-kind test, we invited cloud vendors to provide us with 20 CPUs that would be used for five instances of Windows 2008 Server and five instances of Red Hat Enterprise Linux - two CPUs per instance. We also asked for a 40GB internal or SAN/iSCSI disk connection, and 1Mbps of bandwidth from our test site to the cloud provider.
