The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Office of the Clerk, has sent a letter reminding the individual wishing to appeal the order denying him the right to intervene in the SCO v. Novell case that there is a fee to be paid to the US District Court within 30 days, or an application filed to proceed in forma pauperis, and giving further instructions on how to avoid having the appeal tossed.
