Every year is "Linux" year
Ever since friends put Mandrake on my laptop every year has been The Year of the "Linux" Desktop for me.
This is all we need. We do it all for ourselves.
We don't need to wait for some mythical "year", when M$ finally crumbles under the weight of its own corruption and we inherit the mantle of World Monopoly.
Is that what we want?
Richard Stallman shaving off the beard, donning a suit, and becoming a patent troll?
Linus sending out legal hit squads to mop up the last of the opposition, while making the hardware manufacturers offers they can't refuse?
That's not us.
Every year is the Year of the "Linux" Desktop, for us.
