Of course Nicholas Negroponte is "pretty good at this sleight of hand stuff". After all, he is a brother of John Negroponte who is a top US administration operative who helped bring us the secret wars against the central American states and the attacks against the Middle East oil producing regions. These characters are no friends of the sort of people who would be assisted by the OLPC program and they serve the very same group of international US corporations of which Microsoft Corp. is a prominent member.
Was OLPC deliberately set up as a phony cause with which to engage the attention of the Free Software World, in the first place?
