Indeed, Microsoft will likely do everything in its power to overturn Tuesday's ruling. And indeed, Microsoft will likely prevail.
Yeah, 'coz ya know, Microsoft is an almighty God who never ever makes sins or mistakes, and suing it/him is the biggest of all sins. And he who commits the sin of suing and/or saying "NO" to anything Microsoft does is an infidel, a blasphemer and shall burn in hell.
Truly, now. These Microsoft sympathetic websites never seem to fail at turning my stomach! UGHH!! ><
