Plaintiff States California, Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia (“California Group”)1 respectfully submit this Report on Remedial Effectiveness. It contains the California Group’s conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the Final Judgment in remedying the violations of antitrust law found by this Court and upheld by the Court of Appeals.
