Another pawn in MS antitrust defense with the EU and others, at the same time trying to marginalise the USA distro community.
Get your Linux offshore where the MS dept of dirty tricks has no teeth.
If we all support offshore distros, MS will have to shell out billions buying foreign politicians for an immediate response, as all their donations supporting American ones over the years will have been in vain. Divide and conquer.
