here:
"Open source licensing expert Jason Wacha will present a free 90-minute webinar on the GNU GPL (General Public License) next week. The MontaVista VP and OpenBar founder hopes developers, managers, and executives will attend the event, set for Thursday, December 13 at 10AM PST. "
Quote from the url above.
The title bar on the link i submitted says "Free Web Seminar." I tried to double and triple check to make sure that they didn't just mean free as in freedom, but it seems to be the free-as-in-beer! If anyone finds differently, be sure to update.

Yes, it is free
The banner at the top of the landing page says it is free. And when you register, there is no request for payment.

merc is referring to "free as in freedom"
While your webinar is free to view, will transcripts be released under a free license (for example a creative commons license)?
