I don't want to overstate anything, but I can't help but notice that Berger Singerman's 13th bill has just been filed, and it includes this intriguing notation on Exhibit A [PDF],

Lots of filings in the bankruptcy, but not many that matter. The SCO enablers want their money, and I would guess they'd like it sooner rather than later, all things considered. Mesirow has filed another bill, and so has Berger Singerman, and Tanner has an Order that it can expand its role on SCO's behalf. We have also the hearing schedule for the June 17 hearing.

More bills are in for SCO to pay in the bankruptcy. Tanner, Berger Singerman, and Pachulski Stang all have filed for more money. From the bills, we can discern through a glass darkly what's been going on.

I've been going through the testimony at the July 27th hearing in SCO's bankruptcy, the one that resulted in the court ordering the management out of control and a Chapter 11 trustee appointed. It's fascinating to compare what was testified to under oath at that hearing with what was testified to under oath at the SCO v. Novell trial last May.

Of course there are more bills in the bankruptcy. Berger Singerman and Mesirow want to be paid again.

We have the transcript [PDF] of the September 16th hearing in the SCO bankruptcy. There are quite a few subsidiary and less interesting filings too, which we'll have for you soon. But I didn't want you to have to wait to read this. I haven't read it yet myself, so we can do that together. A quick glance shows that Darl McBride took the stand, on page 32.

SCO has filed two two monthly operating reports, one for SCO Group and one for SCO Operations. This is like watching water drain from a slow tub. Also the transcript of the June 17 hearing is now available. And Dorsey & Whitney have submitted another bill going back to April.
