Ok lets start with that.
Does anyone have the developer specifications on Qualcomm MSM7201A (for example). I think too few people do and can not give them away due to legal issues. Qualcomm could start by releasing them. Then other companies would probably follow and then they may realize that they have more in common that they actually believe.
