PatientOS is an open source (free) electronic medical record designed as a distributed system with open source components (PostgreSQL, JBoss, Hibernate, Swing, Mirth and more).

Version 0.75 integrates iReport, an open source report writer and JFreeChart, and open source graphing library. Form wizards and other enhancement round out this release.

Version 1.0 will be ready in July '08 for physician offices and clinics to trial in a production setting.
