Yeah, this could be problematic, and in fact perhaps illegal. Providing medical advice if you're not a doctor is prohibited in many jurisdictions. That's why Wikipedia has a medical disclaimer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Medical_disclaimer)
