Is it just me or is that thing hideous?
It looks kinda like Vista's start menu...just uglier...
I really hope that doesn't become the default menu in Gnome.
What does the community think? Anyone really like it?

It's not bad
It's not bad. It is more convenient having more things accessable from a single click than other methods.
I actually prefer using application launchers such as Launchy, Gnome-Do, Enso and Katapult over application menus such as this program.
