In practical terms this means people in Cuba, North Korea, the Sudan, Syria and Iran get “403 forbidden” messages when they try to access sourceforge.org addresses. Honourable course
The only honourable course for any Free Software organisation that is victimised in this fashion is to close down ALL distribution services with the message;
403: President Obama has dictated that we are no longer permitted to FREELY distribute our software.
Oppression remains oppression whether it is Chinese sponsored, or US sponsored.
