The list of non-free programs
* Xara LX. This is partially free as the CDraw rendering engine (the part which draws the data onto the screen) is not free. Otherwise, the rest of the program is free.
* Unreal Tournament 2004
* Cedega
The other programs are free software (as far as I am aware).
