Nice, but is it open source?

A new driver is good, but is this yet another dodgy closed source binaries only distribution? I've had numerous problems with proprietary Nvidia drivers over the last couple of years and so far have stuck with ATI cards. If the driver is open source it can at least be properly supported by the developer community.
