Though the techniques was very easy still I got lots of request to create a detailed tutorial on How To create Simple/Funky wallpaper. Since I am a Gimp user, this tutorial will be based on Gimp.. So here I am again writing my second wallpaper tutorial for Gimp..

Having used both GIMP and Adobe Photoshop I must say I personally believe GIMP is much better for common folks like you and me who need a relatively simpler set of tools to make quick edits to our Vacation pictures. Photoshop is undoubtedly more useful graphic designers, however for making quick tweaks, nothing beats GIMP.

There are several ways to create Urban Style artwork .. You can make it from Scratch like in this Tutorial that I posted.. Or you can ease you work by using versatile Vector brushes..
