Jajuk is a very comprehensive and feature rich Open Source music management software written in Java. The software program is therefore available for Windows, Linux and Apple Macintosh computer systems.

Cuberok works on Linux, Windows and Mac OSX but for now I have only tested it in Linux (Ubuntu).

Clementine is a modern music player and library organiser. Clementine is a port of Amarok 1.4, with some features rewritten to take advantage of Qt4.

Songbird is a opensource Media Player and a web browser, from the developers of wimamp and Yahoo Music Engine. Songbird is a cross platform utility can be used in Windows, Linux, Solaris and Mac. Like Winamp, it supports extensions and skins feathers. It supports a variety of file formats and is an excellent option for organizing your music files in your system.
