Unacceptable
The proprietary offerings of this list are Unison's Exchange replacement, BladeHarmony Manager, Kerio Exchange Migration Tool, and DR-Scout. I am unfamiliar with the IBM Blade machines but I suspect that they contain and promote proprietary software.
