"the first GNU/Linux Install Fest, organised here on Saturday turned out to be a big success with hordes of people queuing up with PCs and laptops to install free software braving heavy summer showers. As many as 40 installations were made and around 280 CDs were distributed in the fest. Many people, who turned up at Kanakakunnu Palace for the fest, were astonished by the animation films made using free software.
