I'm sure Linus has no desire to receive an award paid for by the blood of millions and stand shoulder to shoulder with nominees like Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini, as well as creatures like Arafat, Begin and Kissinger, who were actually awarded the wretched thing.
Give it to Ballmer who is plotting the death of Free Software.
