The Vapour-patent
Just as M$ is notorious for promising vapour-ware to promote software they never intended to develop, they are now using vapour-patents to threaten businesses with patents they never actually owned.
M$ are experts at "monetizing" paper tigers. Free Software needs someone with a box of matches who can explode this M$ fantasy world out of existence.
